We are now offering UPS shipping on Mondays and Fridays only!!! We have had such issues with USPS taking entirely too long to get the eggs to our customers that we had to find an alternative shipping option!
You still have the option of either/or and its entirely up to you, but if you choose to use USPS there will be NO REPLACEMENTS sent out due to their delays in shipping!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If you choose to file a claim that's up to you!!!
Shipping is still included in our pricing regardless of which option you choose!!!
We guarantee that you will receive fresh and fertile eggs (all eggs have been tested here at the farm and if we have a pen who is having fertility issues we pull them!) however occasionally one may not develop for whatever reason! That is out of our control and why we always try to send a couple of extras as long as they're available!
We take pride in our eggs and package them the best that we can to make it to you safely! We wrap each individual egg with bubble wrap and place in a carton, then wrap the carton in bubble wrap as well! All egg orders are double boxed! We cannot control how USPS/UPS handles them once we hand them off and no refunds will be given due to damage or delays!
We can NOT guarantee your hatch rates on your shipped eggs ! Shipped eggs are always a gamble and there are way too many factors involved for us to be able to guarantee eggs! We get over a 90% hatch rate here at the farm!
At this time we do NOT offer shipping on live chicks!! They are pick up only and we will work with customers the best we can on meeting, etc! We do plan on shipping sometime in the future and will update when that becomes available! Usually we meet at our front entrance so chicks don't have to be out of the brooders for very long amounts of time!
We do NOT allow visitors in our koops or brooder rooms or our home!! It is our number one priority to keep a clean and healthy flock! We have a lot invested in this and take it very seriously! We will meet customers at the gate! I post a lot of pictures and videos on our website as well as social media( Facebook and Tiktok) to let customers see our birds! Our safety and our birds safety come first and I apologize if that offends anyone but we are pretty strict about this!
